order processing

All items in the shop are made-to-order through trusted production partners (Printify & Printful).
This helps reduce waste and lets us create your item just for you.

Processing Times:

  • Apparel (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts): 3–8 business days

  • Home goods (mugs, aprons, tea towels): 2–5 business days

  • During peak seasons (November–December) processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select other countries.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • International: varies by destination

Shipping estimates are in addition to processing times.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item and destination.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately — this is normal for made-to-order items.

returns and exchanges

If there is a problem with your order :

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect in any way, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the issue

  • Your order number

I’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Your happiness matters.

Sizing issues :

Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

But — I want you to feel confident!
Each listing includes a size chart, and you can always message me with questions before ordering.

cancelations:

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, the order cannot be cancanceled.

lost and delayed packages

If a package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check alternate delivery spots

  • Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

If it remains missing after that window, contact me and I’ll help however I can.

For packages truly lost in transit, replacements are typically available.

address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, buyers are responsible for reshipment costs.

order issues

Because production often begins quickly, changes to color, size, or design are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Message me as soon as possible and I will do my best.
